Where do you ship, and how much is it?

We ship to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Details in the Shipping Policy.

When will my order arrive?

The dispatch and delivery estimate for your order is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Write to us right away with your order number.

Can I return a product I have tried?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, and you can try it on at home to check the fit. It needs to come back clean, unwashed and complete. A pillow or mask that has been used on a trip cannot be returned for a change of mind, for hygiene reasons. The full rule is in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Do the products come in other colors or sizes?

No. Each product comes in one color and one adjustable size.

How do I wash the pillow?

Take the internal support frame out, then machine wash the fabric wrap at the temperature shown on its care label. Let it dry fully before putting the frame back.

How do I clean the sleep mask?

Follow the care label sewn into the mask, and let it dry fully before you pack it.

Something broke. What now?

Defects in materials and workmanship are covered by our limited warranty. Send us your order number and a photo, and we replace it. See the Limited Warranty.

Is the pillow a medical product?

No. It is a travel comfort accessory. If you have a neck or spine condition, ask your doctor before using it.

How do I access or delete my data?

See the Privacy Policy, then write to us with the subject "Privacy request".

Please do not send parcels to the registered office address. Returns go to the address we send you with the return authorization.
