Place the support
Open the fastening. Set the support against the side of your neck, just under the jaw.

Wrap it like a scarf
Bring the fabric around your neck and close it. As snug as you like.

Rest your head on the support. Swap sides whenever you want.

- For more support, hold the frame close to your neck before you wrap.
- Tuck your ear and jaw inside the curve instead of resting on the top edge.
- Move the support toward your chin if you want to stay more upright.

What is the difference with the Travel Pillow?
The fabric and the padding. Pillow Cool uses a breathable knit instead of fleece and has an extra foam layer. It weighs 9 oz against 4.7 oz for the Travel Pillow. The shape and the support are the same.
Is it actually cold to the touch?
No. It does not chill. The knit lets air through, so it does not hold heat against your neck the way fleece does.
How do I wear it?
Open the fastening and place the support against the side of your neck, under the jaw. Wrap the fabric around like a scarf, close it as snug as you like, and lean your head onto the support.
