Remove the internal support. Machine wash the fleece at the temperature shown on the care label. Let it dry fully, then put the support back.
1 NODD Travel Pillow, Grey
It will not turn economy into a bed. It will stop your head from dropping.
What makes it work

A flexible frame sits inside the fleece, under your jaw. That is what does the work.

Soft against the skin and warm in a cold cabin. It feels like a scarf, because it nearly is one.

Window, middle or aisle. It does not need anything to lean against.

Folded, it takes about the room of a paperback. Or wrap it around a bag handle.
Slide the support out and wash the fleece as shown on the care label. Let it dry before the support goes back.
How to use it
Open the fastening. Set the support against the side of your neck, just under the jaw.
Bring the fabric around your neck and close it. As snug as you like.
Rest your head on the support. Swap sides whenever you want.

Questions
It is a wrap, not a cushion. A flexible support inside the fleece sits under your jaw on one side and holds your head there. There is no padding behind your neck, so your head stays against the headrest.
Open the fastening and place the support against the side of your neck, under the jaw. Wrap the fleece around like a scarf and close it as snug as you like. Then lean your head onto the support.
Hold the support close to your neck before you wrap, especially if you have a long neck. Tuck your ear and jaw inside the curve. If you want to stay more upright, move the support toward your chin. It usually takes a try or two.
8.7 x 9.5 x 3.6 inches and 4.7 ounces. It folds down and wraps around a bag handle.
Yes. It supports your head on its own, so it works in a middle seat, an aisle seat, a train or a car.
Take the support out, machine wash the fleece as shown on its care label and let it dry. Put the support back when the fleece is dry.
