Who is covered

The original purchaser of a new product bought on nodd-sigma.com, and anyone who received it as a gift from that purchaser, in the United States.

What is covered and for how long

We warrant every NODD product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care. Examples: a seam that comes apart, a hook and loop fastener that stops holding, an internal support frame that cracks in normal use, a headband adjuster or an eye cup that breaks.

The length of this warranty is being confirmed and will be published on this page before the store accepts orders. Whatever it ends up being, it comes on top of the rights you have under the law of your state, which are not limited by this page.

What we will do

If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will, at no charge to you, replace the product with the same item, or with a similar item if it is no longer available. If replacement is not possible, we refund the price you paid for it. We pay all shipping costs for the replacement.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear, such as pilling of the fabric, fading, or a fastener that slowly loses grip after long use.
  • Damage from cuts, snags, pets, accidents, heat or chemicals.
  • Damage caused by not following the care label, for example washing a pillow with its support frame still inside, or bending the frame out of shape on purpose.
  • Products that have been altered or repaired by someone else.
  • Loss or theft, including a pillow left behind on a plane or a train.
  • Products bought anywhere other than on nodd-sigma.com.

A product that simply does not suit you is handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How to make a claim

  1. Write to our support team, through the Support page with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos of the defect.
  2. We reply as quickly as we can. We may ask for more photos. We do not normally ask you to send a used product back.
  3. Once the defect is confirmed, we ship the replacement or issue the refund described above.

You do not need the original receipt. We look up your order from your email address or order number.

Limits

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
